Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This notice applies to the 565AgentExpress website and to data collected through Event bookings, Tours & Residency requests, direct contact and related payment and contractual processes. It is provided under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Italian law.

2. Data processed

We may process identification and contact data, billing/tax information supplied by the customer, event or project details, booking and contract data, payment status and transaction references, plus technical data strictly necessary to operate and secure the website and Admin area.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Requests, quotations and Tours & Residency projects are processed to respond and take pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Bookings and contracts are processed to verify availability, reserve the date, create/manage the order and perform the service (Art. 6(1)(b)). Payments, accounting and tax records are processed to perform the contract and comply with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(b)-(c)). Limited data may be processed for security and legal claims on the basis of legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)).

4. Payments

Card payments, when enabled, are handled by Stripe. 565AgentExpress does not store complete card details. For bank transfers, payment status and references necessary to manage the order are retained.

5. Communications and external services

Google Analytics 4 is used only with consent for aggregate website-usage statistics and may involve processing of technical data by Google under its applicable terms. If you contact us through WhatsApp, processing by that provider is also subject to its own terms. Embedded YouTube content is loaded only after consent to external media through the cookie preference panel.

6. Retention

Data is kept for as long as necessary for the stated purposes and, for contracts, payments and tax records, for the periods required by law. Unsuccessful enquiries are kept only for a period reasonably necessary for follow-up and protection of the parties.

7. Recipients and transfers

Data may be disclosed to technical, hosting, payment, email or professional-service providers where necessary. Some providers may involve transfers outside the EEA; where applicable, safeguards required by the GDPR are used.

8. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability where applicable and objection where provided by law by contacting the Controller at the email above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
